Raid Specialists
- Scout — recon, Stealth + Cunning
- Hauler — carry capacity, Strength
- Distractor — bait threats, Speed + Luck
- Lookout — perimeter watch, Stealth
- Climber — second-story ops, Speed + Cunning
Home-Base Specialists
These units don’t raid — they staff stations. Per Station Operation Model, each adds their stat to the station they’re assigned to, on top of the station’s baseline of 1.
- Sorter — mans the Loot Sorting Station, Cunning (post-MVP, milestone-gated)
- Scrapper — mans the Scrapping Station, Strength + Speed (two-stat role) (post-MVP, milestone-gated)
- Fence — mans Online Sales, Cunning + Luck (post-MVP)

- Three layers: Base (spawn/birth) + Training (permanent) + Gear (while equipped) = Current
