Summary
Home-based specialist who mans the Scrapping Station. Doesn’t raid. Two-stat role — Strength drives scrap yield per item, Speed drives processing throughput.
Role
Stays at base. Takes valuables routed “Scrap” from the Loot Sorting Station and breaks them down into scrap for the global counter. A strong, fast Scrapper makes the Scrap routing path a legitimate alternative to the Keep-and-sell path — more scrap per item, faster queue clearance.
Key Stats
- Strength — yield per item (stronger → more scrap from each breakdown)
- Speed — throughput (faster → queue drains quicker)
Two-stat role. Training both matters. This makes Scrappers the most stat-demanding specialist to level up.
Baseline Interaction
Per Station Operation Model, the Scrapping Station has Strength 1 / Speed 1 at baseline (player by paw). A Scrapper adds both stats on top.
Unlock
Post-MVP — milestone-gated. Moved from MVP; depends on Keep/Scrap routing system.
Flavor
The heavy with a crowbar and a grudge against anything shiny. Doesn’t talk much. Great at parties, where “parties” means smashing a toaster for an hour.

- Primary recruit source — dump, back alley, or a dedicated “breaker yard” raid target post-MVP?
- Can a Scrapper swap to a Hauler role ergonomically (both are Strength-led)?
